June 19th, 2008 at 5:05 pmBrandon has inspired me at many different times in my life to become better by the way of fitness. He has tought me the science behind food, the scam behind (certain)supplements, Intensity in my workouts and the power of possitive thinking. Brandon personifies the word Fitness. He is not only a Trainer, but a Teacher, a Friend and a Force!!

July 10th, 2008 at 1:44 pmBrandon taught me how to body build. He even encouraged me to play high school football, where I learned the meaning of hard work/training, which I then applied to my own workouts at home. Today, I apply my knowledge (learned from Brandon) the best I can to take care of myself, as I am now a computer programmer who badly needs to exercise. I began a running routine of 2 miles per day, but I felt knee pain and my “body awareness” (obtained throughout my life through physical exercise) told me to cut it down to 1/2 mile per day. And this, despite my church pastor saying he runs 5 miles per day. If anything, people made me feel that I was doing too little. When I first ran the 1/2 mile, it did seem too little. But a few months later, I truly believe this is the MAGIC number. With no running, my body quickly turns to pudding, due to my computer job. A simple 1/2 mile per day does wonders for me. Thank you Brandon for giving me the knowledge to sustain my life! Not just knowledge about exercise and nutrition, but knowledge learned about my own body obtained by using it! Now that is knowledge that I can apply!

March 9th, 2009 at 11:17 amBrandon (”Beau”) is NOT your average trainer who stands around with a stopwatch. He used to be a scientist before committing full-time to his passion for fitness, so he really knows his stuff when it comes to the body, exercise, and nutrition. Ever the professional, Beau’s focus is to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and safely and that you are properly stretched, ultimately to make the most effective use of your time together so you get a GREAT workout. Beau is truly an elite trainer! It’s so nice to work out with someone who is not only highly motivating, but also very intelligent and can answer any question you may have on vitamins, diet, you name it–for me, that’s a huge bonus in a personal trainer. Whatever your current fitness level–from novice to athlete–he can help you achieve your goals.
